4 May – Bootcamp Fitness – Term 2, 2022

Time: 7:15am – 8:15am. Location: REC Centre

Hillbrook Bootcamp


This is a 6 week course. Please note: this activity starts 4 May and runs from weeks 3-8.

Join us at the Rec Centre for a fun, high-energy fitness program. The program caters for boys and girls of all ages and fitness levels. Students will use a variety of equipment, including their own body weight, to improve strength, agility, balance, coordination, endurance, stability, and stamina. Added benefits of participating in this activity include improved – confidence, leadership, nutrition knowledge, posture, respect and team work. Please bring your water bottle and towel.

The program is run by Jeremy Batt, of Battman Personal Training. Jeremy is a:

• Registered Level 3 Fitness Australia personal trainer,

• Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCA), and

• Previous Strength and Conditioning Coach with Brisbane Bronco’s, Indigenous All-Stars, and Redcliffe Dolphins
