Held at Sweat Depot. 12/254 South Pine Road, Enoggera (opposite Enoggera SS).
Learn boxing skills for fun and fitness. This training is the ideal way to keep your body and mind active and healthy and includes body weight exercises, as well as boxing drills and kick boxing technique. Come, sweat it out for 6 weeks, and have fun with coach Erin and your friends! Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and towel, and your own boxing gloves if you have them
