How to log a Helpdesk request
Using the IT Helpdesk system is the preferred method of support delivery for non-urgent requests. If your problem is urgent, please call 3354 6485.
A NEW ticket can be initiated simply by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLEASE NOTE: This email must be sent from your child’s Hillbrook student mail account or it will be silently ignored by the software.
Remember to keep an eye on your mail inbox for responses to ticket requests and reply to the email to respond to the ticket.
PLEASE don’t respond to the ticket with a brand new email or it will create new unrelated support tickets and slow the whole process down.
