How to log a Helpdesk request

Using the IT Helpdesk system (Web Help Desk) is the preferred method of support delivery for non-urgent requests. If your problem is urgent, please call 3354 3422 and ask for the Helpdesk.

NEW ticket can be initiated simply by sending an email to helpdesk@hillbrook.qld.edu.au.

PLEASE NOTE: This email must be sent from your child’s Hillbrook student mail account or it will be silently ignored by the software.

Remember to keep an eye on your mail inbox for responses to ticket requests and use either the “Add Note” option in the ticket email or a reply email to respond to the ticket.

PLEASE don’t respond to the ticket with a brand new email or it will create new unrelated support tickets and slow the whole process down.
