Held at Sweat Depot. 12/254 South Pine Road, Enoggera (opposite Enoggera SS).

Please note: this activity starts 3 May and runs from weeks 3-8.

Give your teen the confidence to train at home, in a gym, or excel in their sporting team with high intensity resistance and interval training from a qualified boxing and strength and conditioning coach at Sweat Depot.  Professional sporting teams and pre-season athletes have been trained at the award-winning Sweat Depot since 2006, and your teen will be taught the basics to strengthen ligaments and develop range of motion as the program builds on skills (and muscle) weekly.   Intervals will consist of slam balls, core bags, basic boxing and kickboxing, hex weights, kettlebells, torsion bars, resistance bands and other resistance equipment.  No teen will be left behind, but they will never have trained like this before and realise how much physical potential they have. Sessions always incorporate stretch and mobility that is commonly neglected during teen sporting training.
