Hillbrook stages a musical every two years. Over 100 students take part from a variety of year levels. Performed to sell out audiences, Hillbrook’s musicals have gained the respect and recognition from dramatists as being professional and memorable productions. Watching the show from the wings as part of the stage crew and dancing along!
The scene where I had to do a trust fall from a table in Matilda the Musical!
Performing the choreography for ‘Revolting Children’ in Matilda and hearing the audience applause at the end.
Doing the lighting for the Trunchbull scene in Matilda with the moving heads type of light.
Riding a trike onstage and watching the Trunchbull throw the dummy off stage – both in Matilda!
