Sustainability Day at Hillbrook 2017

When: Saturday 13 May 2017, 10am - 3pm

Where: Hillbrook Anglican School

Cost: Free

Transport: There is limited parking in the surrounding streets, and a stop-n-go for parents with small children and the frail and elderly; however there is no on-site parking at the school. So, why not bike, train or bus your way to Hillbrook? Visit the Translink website to plan your trip.

Come along to the next Sustainability Day at Hillbrook to enjoy market stalls, live demonstrations, activities, music and entertainment - all with the theme of Sustainability!

Have a great day out with the family while learning how to help our beautiful planet! Remember to bring your water bottle, as bottled water will not be available on-site (there are plenty of bubblers for refills). And don't forget to take your rubbish with you on the day.

  • Find local sustainable businesses.
  • Discover simple ways to make a real difference.
  • Check out the latest sustainability innovations.
  • Meet with like-minded people, to share ideas about sustainable living, with people like you.
  • Shop at market stalls.
  • Enjoy music and entertainment all day. (Download the music performance schedule here.)
  • Sample a variety of delicious organic, vegetarian, locally sourced food.

Over $10,000 was donated to charities and community groups as a result of the last Sustainability Day in 2015. Once again this year, all profits from school stalls will go to charity. So, please come along and help make a positive difference!
