Year 12 Information
Mid-Term Exams
The Block Exam period will now be Monday and Tuesday 16 & 17 August and you can view the revised timetable here.
Other important information regarding these exams:
- Students who receive AARA provisions are to continue to liaise with Fiona in the Enrichment Centre.
- Drama students please note: to ensure a fair and valid preparation period, the Drama performance exam will not be during the 2 days of Mid-Terms but has now been scheduled for Monday 23 August from Lessons 2-4. On this day, Year 12s will attend Daily Starter and Lesson 1 as normal. Please speak with Ms Mason and Mr Burey for further details.
- Normal class lessons are scheduled for the remainder of the week, Wednesday – Friday.
- The Year 12 calendar in Student Café and Parent Lounge will be updated to reflect the above details.
This is a busy time in the Year 12 assessment calendar with many assignments as well as exams. If you have any concerns, please talk with your child’s Class or Home Teacher or contact Stephanie Munday-Lake or Mark Herriman for any further information.
Career Information
QTAC Presentation
Each year we usually run a face to face Year 12 Parent Information Session to explain how QTAC works and outline the application process. This year we have pre-recorded this information session and we still hope to be able to combine it with a get together later in the term.
