Time: 3.30pm – 4.30pm. Location: Hillbrook Ovals
Learn boxing skills for fun and fitness. This training is the ideal way to keep your body and mind active and healthy and includes body weight exercises, as well as boxing drills and kick boxing technique. Come, sweat it out for 6 weeks, and have fun with coach Leanne Laing and your friends! Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and towel.
